Steve focuses on delivering world-class technology, data, and analytics solutions to SS&C’s award-winning wealth and trust management businesses. This focus includes, but is not limited to, SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions, an innovative and comprehensive cloud-based offering designed for the modern advisor, as well as SS&C’s Advent Outsourcing Services, which provides cloud delivery of portfolio accounting, reporting, and order management products. He joined the firm in 2000 and has held various leadership roles during his tenure.

Steve holds a B.S. in Economics from Rowan University.

In his role, Glenn leads the team delivering forward-thinking technology solutions to many of the industry’s largest Trust Companies, Wealth Management firms, Retirement Platforms, and Philanthropic organizations. He also serves the company as President of FPS Trust Company, which provides fiduciary services to our Payment and Trust clients.

Before joining the organization, Glenn worked as Vice President of Product and Platform for the Trust and Estates business at J.P. Morgan. His prior experience includes Managing Director of Trust Services at Charles Schwab, where he was responsible for launching the trust outsourcing business, product development, and trust operations. Prior to his work with Charles Schwab, Glenn held management and operational positions at Innovest and SunGard Data Systems Inc.

Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Scranton.

Laton serves as the President of SS&C ALPS Advisors and the Head of Investment Management for SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. With over 25 years of experience leading asset management businesses and managing equity and balanced strategies, Laton possesses deep investment expertise and a strong commitment to delivering value-driven solutions across retail and institutional channels.

Before joining SS&C, Laton led the Value & Income Team at OppenheimerFunds and held senior investment roles at Columbia Management and its predecessor companies, where he specialized in fundamental and quantitative equity portfolio management, risk management, and equity research.

He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.

Jen is responsible for onboarding new clients onto SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. She ensures the implementation process is smooth and successful so that new clients can reap the benefits of their new platform from day one. Once onboarded, her Client Service teams ensure each firm’s operations run smoothly.

She and her team handle it all with a service mindset and a singular focus on client success and satisfaction. As a result, clients consistently give her teams excellent feedback, especially for the professionalism of the people.

Jen joined SS&C in 2008 and has held various leadership roles during her tenure. She holds an MBA and BS from the University of North Florida.

In his role, Derek is responsible for business operations and marketing related to SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. Derek previously was the General Manager of SS&C’s CRM Solutions business, leading CRM solutions for buy-side and sell-side investment firms.

He joined the firm in 2015 as part of the Advent acquisition and has held various leadership roles during his tenure, primarily within the Black Diamond business. Prior to SS&C, Derek held product leadership roles at SEI and Ascensus, driving strategy and development of technology solutions for the Wealth Management and Retirement markets.

Derek holds an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.A. from Gettysburg College. and is a CFA Charterholder.

Eli directs strategy, product management, and business development for the firm's principal global business segments, including Portfolio and Market Data, Partnerships, and Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. He joined the firm in 2005, launching his career in Fintech. Eli's skill in strategic planning and operational execution has significantly fueled the company’s growth.

He resides in Jacksonville, FL, with his wife and three children.

Eli holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida and a B.S. from Florida State University.

Brian Justice is responsible for all new customer acquisitions in the Advisory segment and works closely with our channel partner network to drive the rapid adoption of Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. Brian has an extensive background of over 20 years in the industry, with the majority of that time spent working with Investment Advisors and helping them service their existing

client relationships through technology solutions.

Prior to joining SS&C Advent in 2000, he worked as a registered investment advisor and, before that, was a professional cyclist.

Brian holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Data drives the advisory business, and that’s what drives Josh. With a primary focus on data strategy, he collaborates with both the product development and infrastructure teams to ensure that Black Diamond clients have a robust yet flexible data platform, enabling them to access and apply reliable data to make informed decisions. Josh believes that innovative, efficient solutions accelerate Black Diamond ahead of the demands of an ever-changing industry.

Josh joined the SS&C team in 2010 and has 17 years of product development experience. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Florida.

Ryan leads Product and Operations focused on Black Diamond Trust & Retirement Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for product strategy and daily operations for the full suite of offerings that serve many of the industry's largest trust companies, wealth management firms, and retirement platforms. Additionally, Ryan is a passionate advocate for clients, proactively tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and specifications.

Ryan joined the SS&C team in 2009 and has held various leadership roles in the organization, including heading up the client service team. Before that, he worked in settlement services at Merrill Lynch. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of North Florida.

John has served clients of SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions since 2010, when he landed his first job after graduating from college. He has risen through the ranks, primarily focused on the platform’s rebalancing, data management, financial planning, and billing components. Today, John is responsible for developing the comprehensive product roadmap and strategy, as well as managing the Product Management team. He feels the chance to collaborate with bright people and bounce big ideas around makes it gratifying to come in – or log in – to work every day.

John holds a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

Katie is responsible for various aspects of the client experience for SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions, overseeing all stages of client onboarding, from initial implementation to the client-facing product experience teams. Tailoring the process to each firm's unique needs and timelines, Katie and her team enable clients to experience the platform's benefits from day one. This group's unwavering dedication to client service consistently helps them exceed expectations and deliver an unparalleled experience.

Equipped with an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, Katie began her journey at SS&C in 2011 and has since held various leadership roles.

Karen and her team are responsible for connecting SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions to the trust and wealth management space through all available channels. She ensures that meticulously planned and artfully executed marketing strategies support the business development efforts, from prospective clients to existing firms. Her passion is delivering information about the platform's complex functionality in ways that speak to the needs and aspirations of wealth management companies of all structures and sizes.

Before joining SS&C, Karen was a senior manager in the marketing strategy group at FIS Global. She also held marketing roles at Atlantic Coast Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. She has a BS in Business Management from Florida State University.

Maryanne leads the sales and business development strategy for Black Diamond Trust & Retirement Services and SS&C MineralWare, supporting many of the industry’s leading banks, trust companies, wealth management firms, and retirement platforms.

Prior to joining the organization, Maryanne served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Sungard Wealth Management, where she led service, development, implementation, and operations for all wealth management end products. Earlier in her career, she was Group President of Sungard Trust Systems, responsible for business strategy across key platforms, including Global Plus, AddVantage, and Charlotte.

Maryanne holds a degree from Villanova University.

Rob leads business development efforts for some of the industry’s largest and most complex wealth management firms. He and his team focus on building strategic partnerships and delivering solutions that align with each company’s long-term growth objectives.

Rob joined SS&C in 2015 through the Advent acquisition and has since excelled in several leadership roles, notably founding and leading the dynamic Enterprise Relationship Management team. Before joining the organization, he spent over a decade in the wealth management industry, driving sales development at two top custodians.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

As Director of Field Sales, Alex drives new business for Black Diamond’s core sales team. With eight years at SS&C and a background in financial technology, Alex excels at matching advisors with solutions that accelerate growth and efficiency.

Prior to joining the organization, Alex held key roles at multiple fintech firms and managed his own consulting practice, where he guided advisory firms through technology transformations. His direct experience and strategic insight make him a trusted advisor across the industry.

Alex holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska Kearney.

Chris leads the Relationship Management and Strategic Account Sales teams within SS&C’s wealth management segment. With a focus on client success and long-term growth, Chris partners closely with firms to drive adoption of SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions and maximize the value of their technology investment.

He brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, most of which has been spent with Black Diamond and SS&C. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute.

Michael leads the Advisory Client Sales team, focusing on supporting and expanding the firm’s wealth management client base. He works closely with prospective clients to understand their evolving needs and provides strategic guidance on how to effectively leverage SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions to drive business growth and success.

Michael joined the organization in 2010 and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Doug brings nearly three decades of experience in financial services to the SS&C team, with a long-time focus on wealth management. He currently leads a team of sales engineers dedicated to supporting firms in evaluating, selecting, and implementing SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. During the pre-sales process, he and the team partner closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and best practices to help firms scale and modernize their operations.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

For advisors, integration partnerships are a big part of the value proposition, and Justin is responsible for managing partnerships for SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. Endlessly curious about new technologies and apps, the best part of his role is the opportunity to explore and test new solutions as they come to market. He enjoys meeting up-and-coming companies, discovering the innovative solutions they’re developing, and exploring ways to partner with them to benefit Black Diamond clients.

Before joining SS&C in 2013, Justin spent six years at Fortigent and LPL Financial consulting with high and ultra-high-net-worth advisory firms. He has an MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and a BA from Principia College.
